Notes on "The Curiosity"
This was my first attempt at "girl on girl" erotica. And having no experience in this area; I did the best I could. To say I have been "fascinated" with the idea of actually being with another woman would be a mis-statement. To say it holds a level of interest and curiosity is a much more factual reality.
Why are there so many women willing to have a lesbian experience? Why aren't more young men open to this encounter? What drives women to pursue this? What pushes men from this encounter?
I find it a fascinating subject.
As far as the inspiration goes, a certain reader asked that I write this, and yes, she is a woman.
I believe many younger women are put off by the rough experiential nature of a heterosexual relationship and in trying to discover their sexuality they want to experience the compassion and security another woman can provide. I also think this is temporary. They like the gratification of the experience but choose not to participate in the lifestyle.
A similar scenario exists in the black male community known as "the down low" where black men engage in anal sex, but deny the gay lifestyle.

The picture with the red-head was (is) one of my favorite pictures of all time. I found it browsing the web one day and was immediately taken by the soft intimacy and the sense of discovery that was captured.
